What can I say about Rypen Fitness? When I started with Ryan, I actually thought it was not going to be good. I was thinking about how stubborn I am; how set I am in my thinking regarding exercise and fitness; and how late to the party I feel since I have never been athletically inclined. In addition, I was thinking about how much I hate sweating.
However, after only a couple of sessions, I began to realize it was the best experience of my life. I accomplished my goal, which was to look amazing for my daughter’s wedding and to dance the night away in my four-inch heels. I lost 15 pounds and the dress I wore for my daughter’s wedding had to be taken in about three ½-dress sizes. I also learned that it was not as difficult as I thought it would be with good training and good nutrition.
Ryan’s knowledge on food, supplements and the body is extensive. He was able to make me feel at ease about venturing into the world of exercise. He will choose exercises you can do at your fitness level and he get results. Training with Ryan and Rypen fitness has made a believer out of me. At 49 years of age, I feel more like 39 since my training experience.
