The Summer Body Challenge will focus on helping men get lean and toned for summer, with a particular emphasis on abs and arms. The challenge will last for 12 weeks, starting on April 1st and ending on June 24th. The challenge will be broken down into three 4-week phases, with each phase focusing on a different aspect of fitness. Phase 1 will focus on building strength, Phase 2 will focus on hypertrophy (muscle growth), and Phase 3 will focus on cutting body fat. The challenge will require participants to follow the specific workout and nutrition plan for the duration of the challenge. Participants will be required to track their progress and submit weekly progress reports, including measurements and progress photos. * Each workout will include a combination of compound exercises (such as squats, deadlifts, and bench press) and isolation exercises (such as bicep curls and tricep extensions). All participants will get access to a private Facebook group that will be created for participants to connect, share progress, and support each other throughout the challenge. Regular check-ins and Q&A sessions will be hosted by Coach Ry to provide additional support and accountability. Participants who complete the challenge will receive a badge of completion and a percentage off 1 on 1 training sessions with Coach Ry to commemorate their achievement.
