Introducing Everyday Athlete, a high-intensity group fitness class at Rypen Performance Lab. This 55-minute class is designed for individuals who are looking to take their fitness to the next level and become an "everyday athlete." The class is led by experienced trainers who use strength & conditioning and sports performance principles, exercises, and protocols in a group class setting.
Expect to be challenged both physically and mentally as you push yourself to reach new heights of fitness. The class will focus on building strength, power, endurance, and explosiveness through a variety of functional movements and exercises that target the whole body.
You can expect to use a variety of equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands, as well as bodyweight exercises, to ensure a well-rounded workout.
One of the unique aspects of this class is the emphasis on community. The trainers and participants are all like-minded individuals who are passionate about their health and fitness and proud to call themselves "everyday athletes."
