I am very blessed to be able to travel the world for amazing companies that I love. However, with all the travel even I get tired and burned out. I have to constantly remind myself that I can remain the same or make a change. Honestly, sometimes I have to remind myself more than once lol.
One of my last trips was to Chicago. It was really cold, wet and provided every excuse not to workout. Either way, here is one of my workouts from the road.
