Each RPL workout we have an ESD/finisher challenge. They usually vary per workout, training phase and goals.

The current challenge RPL athletes are participating in is as follows.

20:10 air bike challenge

20 seconds work intervals followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 8 times.

Record the amount of calories you get in that 4 min time period (calorie totals vary per bike or monitor ie polar strap). We use the Rogue air bike.
